The Instructor – HVAC is responsible for delivering high-quality technical training in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems. The role involves planning and conducting theory and practical sessions, ensuring trainees acquire the necessary technical competencies and workplace readiness in line with THF’s training standards.  

The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance THF’s brand visibility and outreach. Key responsibilities include managing digital and social media campaigns, overseeing content development and promotional materials, coordinating events and partnerships, strengthening donor and stakeholder engagement, and monitoring campaign performance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

The individual will support the development and execution of THF’s marketing and communication strategies to strengthen brand visibility, student outreach, donor engagement, and institutional positioning. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, digital marketing, and coordination skills.

The Soft Skills Instructor will be responsible for training students in essential interpersonal, communication, and professional development skills. The role aims to enhance students’ employability by improving their confidence, workplace behavior, and ability to adapt to professional environments in line with THF’s mission to create a skilled and ethically responsible workforce.

The Hunar Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Finance (Business Partner) to oversee financial planning, budgeting, grants management, and donor fund utilization. The role requires a strategic finance professional capable of providing insights, ensuring compliance, and driving financial sustainability across projects and donor-funded programs.  

The Assistant Instructor - Automobile will assist the Senior Automobile Instructor in delivering both theoretical and practical training to students in the field of automobile technology. The role supports THF’s mission of providing industry-relevant skills by ensuring quality instruction, hands-on learning, and workshop safety.

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of Hunar Health Care programs under The Hunar Foundation. The role involves ensuring smooth program operations, effective communication between stakeholders, and adherence to organizational standards and objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day program activities, ensuring timely implementation of planned initiatives.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating program plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain communication with internal departments, training centers, and external partners to ensure effective program coordination.
• Support in the recruitment, orientation, and scheduling of instructors, trainees, and staff.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to program progress and outcomes.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and feedback from participants to ensure quality standards are met.
• Facilitate logistical arrangements for training sessions, workshops, and other program-related activities.
• Assist in preparing budgets and tracking expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Identify operational challenges and propose solutions to improve program delivery.
• Ensure compliance with THF policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in program coordination, preferably in healthcare or vocational training sectors.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively.

The Instructor – IT will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training in Information Technology to students enrolled in THF programs. The role includes planning, executing, and evaluating training sessions to ensure students acquire the required IT skills and competencies. The Instructor will also mentor students and maintain a professional learning environment in line with THF standards.

The Assistant Instructor – Welding will support the Welding Instructor in delivering practical and theoretical training to students in accordance with THF’s curriculum and quality standards. The role is focused on ensuring hands-on learning, maintaining workshop safety, and preparing students with the technical skills required for industry employment.
