Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver IT training sessions (both theory and practical) according to THF curriculum.
- Conduct practical lab sessions, exercises, and hands-on projects for students.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Maintain training materials, lab equipment, and IT resources.
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and offer guidance to enhance learning outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to THF policies, academic standards, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the Institute Manager and Assistant Instructors to ensure smooth training operations.
- Support examinations, certifications, and other academic activities.
- Keep up-to-date with IT industry trends and integrate relevant knowledge into the curriculum.
- Any other task assigned by the line manager.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior teaching, training, or vocational instruction experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with IT hardware, software, and networking setups is desirable.
